Our mission is “to put leadership development at your fingertips,” and we mean it. Driven by a passion to democratize knowledge, we strive to make our premium, top business school content easily accessible to a broader audience. While we continue to serve large corporate clients with tailored leadership programs for their executives, managers, and talent, we know that not everyone works at such a company. That’s why we offer various models to deliver our highly valued content:


  • As an individual, you can sign up for an open-enrolment Masterclass, either on your own or with team members.
  • For small or medium-sized companies, you can host a single Masterclass at your annual corporate meeting, board retreat, or team-building event. Alternatively, as some clients do, you can schedule two or three Masterclasses a year aligned with company events, offering continuity in development and the ability to provide top-tier development opportunities without being a global multinational.
  • As a medium-sized company, you may develop a Leadership Development Curriculum, scheduling multiple Masterclasses each year for internal open-enrolment. This approach provides valuable development opportunities, boosts engagement, and empowers employees to take ownership of their growth.
  • As a satisfied participant, you can encourage your team to ‘speak the same language’ by enrolling them in a Self-Study or an open-enrolment Masterclass.
  • As an HR Director or Learning & Development professional, you can use our Masterclasses as building blocks to curate programs for culture change, up-skilling, or leadership development. Consider adding our Self-Studies, Train-the-Trainer, and Train-the-Manager modules to tailor the experience further.
  • As a Business Manager, you can select specific Masterclasses for targeted audiences to drive the transformation you aim to achieve.

Yes and no. In many of our videos we make use of sophisticated AI to produce them. The actors you see are generated from images and voices of real people, but they are, in fact, avatars. These near-perfect imitations give us incredible flexibility. When updates or changes are needed, we can implement them quickly without the time-consuming process of traditional video recording and editing. We consider this a testament to our modern approach to leadership development.

Individuals

At the Global Academy for Strategy and Leadership, our mission is to democratize knowledge. We aim to support individuals who want to develop themselves but don’t have the luxury of attending a business school or working for a large company with internal leadership programs. These individuals can register for our open-enrollment Masterclasses.

Business leaders and HR professionals

However, we also cater to business leaders and learning and development professionals, such as HR Directors, who need to build powerful programs to support a strategic transformation or offer top-tier Masterclasses within their organizations for leadership development. In principle, all our Masterclasses and other products are offered in English. However, we have faculty who are fluent in multiple languages, including German, French, Dutch, and Italian. For certain Masterclasses, delivery in one of these languages may be possible.

In the future, we also plan to expand our Self-Studies to additional languages. That said, English remains the predominant and preferred language in which we work and communicate.

Open Enrolment Masterclass

The Global Academy for Strategy and Leadership exclusively employs senior faculty with extensive experience teaching top-tier leaders. We require a minimum of 8 years of experience in executive education, though many of our core faculty have over 20 years of expertise in their fields.


Many of our faculty are affiliated with prestigious business schools and have taught at institutions like Wharton (Philadelphia, PA), HEC (Paris), IE (Madrid), ASU (Phoenix, AZ), Hanken (Stockholm/Helsinki), among other leading schools. They are chosen for their ability to deliver high-level expertise in an engaging, experiential manner, meeting the expectations of our typically experienced audiences who prefer interaction over lecture.


Furthermore, many of our faculty members are published authors or recognized thought leaders in their areas of expertise.


Our Masterclasses are the result of years of experience delivering these topics to executives, senior leaders, and high-potential talent at large and small, profit and not-for-profit organizations. They have been thoroughly tested and refined to ensure a premium learning experience.

Yes, all participants receive a Certificate of Achievement upon completing a Masterclass. 

But there’s more: several Masterclasses are grouped to cover a complete domain. If you attend all the Masterclasses within a domain (typically three), you qualify for an Advanced Leadership Certificate

An Advanced Leadership Certificate is awarded once you have completed three full-day Masterclasses in a specific domain. We currently offer Advanced Leadership Certificates in the domains of:

However, we understand you may have needs that aren’t fully addressed by our existing portfolio.

Yes, we’re open to that. We understand that you may have established tools, techniques, and frameworks, and it’s important to avoid confusion by introducing competing or alternative versions.


The only caveat is that we’ll need to ensure your preferred tool or framework aligns with our overall philosophy. Our faculty are experts in their fields and bring a consistent set of ideas and principles that run through all our Masterclasses. We’d like to verify that your tool or method remains valid and compatible with our approach. Generally, it does, but we’ll confirm to be sure.

We have experience working through intermediaries with some of our clients, and it generally works well. We are open to collaborating with your preferred supplier, provided we can reach an agreement on our working relationship. This typically involves alignment on commercial terms and the protection of intellectual property.

However, a simpler—and more cost-efficient—approach is to help us qualify as a preferred supplier at your organization. This has several advantages, including an easier to manage relationship. In that scenario, we’re still happy to work with your existing supplier(s) to align on content and tools, ensuring there’s no overlap or inconsistency. 

If establishing a direct preferred supplier relationship isn’t feasible, the intermediary option can be a viable alternative.

In principle, we offer two models to meet this need:

  1. In-Company Masterclasses: As an HR or L&D director, you have the flexibility to select Masterclasses that fit your organization’s needs, reserve dates on our calendar, and manage the internal registration process. This model offers a cost-effective way to provide unique in-company learning opportunities for your team without the high upfront costs often associated with such initiatives. Since sessions are conducted within your organization, they naturally encourage networking and shared learning among colleagues. Additionally, we can lightly tailor the content to address specific company challenges or include elements unique to your organization. This hassle-free approach provides valuable development opportunities for your leaders and talent, helping to set your organization apart from the competition. While we encourage internal promotion of the sessions, you have the option to cancel if registrations are insufficient, as long as you notify us at least 45 days in advance at no charge.
  2. Open-Enrolment Masterclasses: Alternatively, your employees can participate in our publicly hosted, open-enrolment Masterclasses at a discounted rate. We can establish a guaranteed annual volume with you, which secures a discount for your company. We’ll then provide a COUPON code for your employees to use during registration. This code can either apply the agreed discount upfront—allowing employees to pay a reduced fee—or reduce the fee to zero, in which case we’ll invoice your company directly, enabling employees to participate without having to pay out of pocket.

Absolutely, we’re happy to support this approach. You can select from our Masterclasses, reserve dates in our calendar, and make the sessions available for open enrolment within your company.

To ensure a productive experience, we recommend a minimum of 8 participants per session. We apply a a maximum of 20 participants per session. If you’re concerned about reaching the minimum, you may cancel the session at no cost up to 45 calendar days in advance. For cancellations within 45 calendar days of the session date, we must charge the full amount, as the date is reserved for you, and we would not be able to accommodate another client on such short notice.

We offer an advanced Needs Analysis tool on our website. Simply answer 10 questions, and we'll provide you with a sorted list of the most relevant Masterclasses for your needs. You can then explore these recommended Masterclasses in more detail to determine their suitability.

Yes, we do participate in RFP (Request for Proposal) processes. We can provide a highly competitive proposal since many of our core elements are already in place. Our Masterclasses cover a wide range of popular topics commonly included in these programs. While we can tailor content to specific requirements, our proven Masterclasses may already meet much of your needs, helping you avoid significant upfront design costs.

However, our participation in an RFP depends on several factors, such as our availability, our assessment of your needs, and whether we believe the RFP process is genuinely open—unfortunately, we’ve had instances where that wasn’t the case. Since RFP documentation can be time-consuming and are costly to us, we carefully evaluate each opportunity before committing.

Self-Studies

Our Self-Studies are not yet live, but will be very soon. 

Self-Studies cover nearly the same content as their associated Masterclasses, providing a similar experience to an in-person, faculty-led session—minus the interactivity and coaching from the expert.


A Self-Study is ideal for those unable to attend a Masterclass due to scheduling or travel constraints. It’s also a great option for team members of a Masterclass attendee who may not qualify for the Masterclass but still want to learn the same tools and speak the same language as their peers or managers.

Yes, but you have plenty of time. Once you activate the Self-Study, you’ll have 6 months to complete the program. Since Self-Studies typically take around 6-8 hours to finish, this timeframe should give you more than enough time to complete it.

Yes, you do! Since the Self-Study and the in-person Masterclass cover the same (or nearly the same) content, we believe it’s only fair that you receive a Certificate of Achievement—just as you would if you had attended the in-person Masterclass.

Yes, we’ve designed our Self-Studies to offer a learning experience very similar to an in-person Masterclass. Therefore, the Certificate of Achievement from your Self-Study is equivalent to one awarded after attending a Masterclass in person, and it qualifies you for an Advanced Leadership Certificate.

Train-the-Trainers

Our Train-the-Trainers are not yet live, but will be very soon

We develop Train-the-Trainer modules specifically for the corporate market. We’re often asked if certain Masterclasses can be taught to internal trainers so they can deliver the content within their organization—typically in larger companies. This approach can be more cost-efficient for clients, as an internal roll-out may lower overall costs (though training the trainers involves additional investment, which must be factored in if cost-efficiency is the goal. In our experience, this approach pays off if internal trainers deliver the training at least 5-10 times).

For certain topics, we’re happy to offer this solution. In fact, we have readily available Train-the-Trainer modules for some subjects. However, this model isn’t feasible for all of our content, as delivering the material often requires deep expertise. Many of our Masterclasses are the result of years of research, experimentation, and refinement, leading our faculty to a level of understanding that can’t easily be transferred in a brief training session.

Train-The-Managers

Our Train-the-Managers are not yet live, but will be very soon

Train-the-Manager modules are designed primarily for the corporate market. Often, attendees return from our Masterclasses feeling inspired and ready to apply new ideas, only to find that their manager is unaware of the knowledge, insights and ideas they’ve gained. This disconnect can lead to missed opportunities for growth, both for the attendee and the organization.

Train-the-Manager modules help bridge this gap by quickly bringing the manager up to speed—through a short video—on the key insights gained by the attendee. Additionally, the video encourages managers to adopt a coaching role by actively seeking opportunities for the attendee to apply their new knowledge. To facilitate productive coaching conversations, we provide managers with a Coaching Guide that includes targeted questions to identify personal growth opportunities, specifically referencing the Masterclass content.
